Honestly, this is the first review I have ever written. This is the worst book I have ever read. Grammar, syntax, sentence construction all terrible throughout the book. The storyline is rushed and sorely underdeveloped. But my biggest complaint & regret about this story is the overwhelming Black slave/White slave master theme that runs through it. Truly disgusting. I skipped a lot to get through it. I am totally turned off by this author & will never read a book by her again. I will be asking for a refund. Wow...just WOW!
What an incredibly written modern day interracial love story between people from different cultures and countries. I gave this book a five star rating because it was filled with suspense, drama and a true love. Kudos

I felt for Draya living in a foreign country under the whim of her employers. I absolutely loved Vasily and his love and understanding of Draya. Please keep the stories coming!

This story has a little bit of everything and a romance with two cultures as well. Vasily lives a dangerous life and yet he can't keep himself from Draya. Draya knows she has no business wanting the likes of Vasily but he is the man she wants. The drama will hook you but their love story will keep you engrossed until the last page.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
