Ryanair Customer Review

Birmingham to Malta return, our flights spoilt our holiday worrying about the return journey and we were disappointed. Aircraft was filthy, cramped in seats with little or no legroom, dreary yellow interior, staff only interested in selling lottery tickets, calendars and high cost food and drinks. Can somebody explain how after we had checked the weight of out suitcases at the airport before checking in, both our cases were under 15 kilos, but on the Ryanair scales one was 15.5 kilos and the other 16.5 kilos! As I said never again.
