I've flown probably 30 times with Ryanair over the past 10 years. They were cheap to start with, before they started trying to charge for every conceivable extra. If they want to charge extra for checking in at the airport, hold luggage, booking with any sort of card etc etc, that's fine; but they should make it absolutely clear at the outset. Which they don't! I now find that British Airways are often cheaper when you take into account all the extras that Ryanair charge for. Their planes seem to be in good condition and well looked after but the overriding reason that I will never fly with Ryanair again is the total disregard for customer - attitude filters down through the workforce and can be infuriating if you have any sort of problem with your booking or flight. Simply, the staff just don't care. Well neither do I now.
