On my 6th visit to Krakow I used Ryanair for the first time over EasyJet. I made the reservation for 4 people. Not being a ticketless airline I made the mistake of not checking in in advance. I thought it was a bit harsh to be charged £160 to check-in at the airport for one reservation. I now understand why Ryanair "Customer Services" are the only operator with plastic security glass around their booth.
